THE APARTMENT has three Air Conditioners installed which are used for both Heating and Cooling – in the living room, the bedroom and the kitchen. All windows are shuttered for full privacy and comfort.
THE LIVING ROOM has:
• a very chic and elegant design and natural light;
• extremely cosy sitting area including couch, armchairs and a coffee table;
• TV with Cable TV, and a Sound System;
• access to balcony with city view.
On the right side of the room, you’ll find the sleeping area with:
• a comfortable double bed;
• storage space;
• working desk.
MASTER BEDROOM is decorated in simple and fresh colours. There is:
• a double 160 x 200cm bed;
• a tricyclic wardrobe;
• iron.
A fully-equipped KITCHEN:
• microwave, fridge, hot plates, oven, stove,
• dishwasher, washing machine,
• cooking basics, kettle, toaster, coffee machine,
• access to another balcony.
BATHROOM + WC in one – curtained bath tub with a mobile shower and a hairdryer in the bathroom cabinet.

– Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication. Please, keep in mind that there is a late check-in fee of 10 euro for check-ins after 10 pm.
– Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
– Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
– Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
– It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
– Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You can request our 24/7 emergency number from the Meet & Greet person.
– SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Overall a great place and location is 10/10. The only think that we didn’t like was the kitchen (cutlery,glasses,oven was dirty) and there were stains on the pillowcases. But everything else was great!
