Welcome to this cozy one bedroom apartment in the heart of the beautiful and central Lozenets area in Sofia. Decorated in vintage style and accents of cubism, this place brings you the warm feeling of being at home. Entering the apartment you will find yourself the hallway with hangers and enough space for your luggage.
To the left is the living room with:
• comfortable sitting area;
• big extendable sofa and coffee table;
• TV with cable channels;
• AC.
Straight ahead from the entrance is the bedroom. There is:
• a big wardrobe and places to store your personal belongings;
• comfortable double bed;
• warm and funky decorations;
• AC.
The kitchen is fully equipped with:
• full sized fridge, oven with stoves and microwave;
• all sorts of kitchen and silverware;
• coffee machine and toaster.

The private bathroom is also fully equipped – shower, toilet and washing sink are at your disposal.

The Metro line (M2) station – “European Union” is just 3 min away from the property. You can use if if you are arriving from the airport but you need to switch lines at Serdika Station.
There are also buses passing by in the area, convenient to get around the city.

Lozenets is on the most preferable areas in Sofia. It attracts with the quiet and spacious streets, green areas and beautiful old houses. At the same time you are just a couple of minutes walking distance to some of the hot spots of the city:
– National Palace of Culture is 5 min. away
– The National Staduim is 10 min. away
– Vitosha pedestrian walk is 15 min. away
There is a shopping center ( Park City Center) just across the Cherni Vrah boulevard (5min away).

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂
