Located in a communicative area with lots of entertainment nearby and all kinds of public transport available.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 6th floor in a building with no elevator.
Right after entering the place, you’ll find yourself in the living room. There you’ll find:
• two comfy sofas and an armchair;
• TV with cable channels;
• black-out curtains;
• AC;
• dining table, for two.
In the fully equipped kitchen there is :
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• microwave and electric kettle;
• full kitchen supplies and utensils.
Separated with a beautiful but delicate glass door (please, be careful when opening and closing it) is the bedroom. Furnished with:
• a comfortable double bed;
• adjustable reading lamps ;
• plenty of storage area;
• black-out curtains.
From the bedroom, you’ll have access to a combined closet / laundry room, with more clothing storage space available.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and washing sink.

Metro, tram, buses, taxis, all kind of public transportation is available at nearby stations.
Right in the city centre, you’re at a walking distance from Vitosha boulevard, the Cathedral, Sofia University, the National Assembly, the Presidency, the Council of Ministers, all ministries, all the highest institutions of the judiciary and many, many more. No need for a map, just take the time to roam around the streets of Sofia – there is something worth seeing and experiencing at every corner.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

The place was great, spacious and clean. The only thing that was a challenge is the 6th fl with no elevator. Other than that the location is great. The view from the apartment was stunning.
