Bright apartment with all the amenities needed even for longer stays. It's located in a nice Complex right on the beach with free parking next to the building. It's great for groups of friends of families, as it can accommodate up to 6 people and is close to bars and restaurants. Camping "Gradina" is in walking distance.
Please note that the pool is currently not available for season 2023 and the hotel part of the Complex is not functioning due to technical issues.

The space is very big and consists of a common room with a sitting area, a dining area and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, a separate toilet and a big terrace!
The kitchen is part of the common room and is fully equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine, kettle and toaster;
• dishwasher;
• dining area with a table and chairs for 6.
In the common room, there is also a sitting area consisting of:
• comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs;
• coffee table;
• TV with cable;
• access to the big terrace.
The big terrace is one of the best areas in the apartment. You have a sitting corner, hanging chairs, BBQ utensils and a stunning sea view.
There are 3 bedrooms, two of them with queen-size beds and one with two single beds. All of them have also wardrobes and blackout curtains. From the thirds bedroom you have access to a small balcony.
Every room has an air conditioner.
The 3 bathrooms have a shower cabin, a toilet and a sink with a mirror. There is also a separate toilet.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Excellent space for a group of adults! Three bedrooms and three and a half bath made it very comfortable for all of us. The grill was easy to use and the patio overlooking the beach was amazing. The kitchen was gorgeous and had enough supplies to make several meals with there. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location directly at the beach! Great for families! Nice apartement for 2 or 3 couples/families, we had a great time. A bit challenging to find, even with the detailed description, was probably our own fault 🙂

We really enjoyed our stay ! The apartment was great. It was big enough, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the only thing we missed was a microwave to heat our food. The view from the balcony was amazing, very close to the sea. The sea was very calm, clear and warm. The only issue we had was that taxi driver couldn't find the place straight away, because we didn't have a full address. Beautiful place, excellent location, we highly recommend staying there . Thank you!
