The apartment is fully equipped and provides all the convenience you may need during your summer vacation.
The common area combines the living room and the kitchen. A comfortable extendable sofa bed is placed against a coffee table and a flat screen TV with various cable channels. Strong WiFi connection is covering the property. In the same room you will find the fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.
Though the common area you can exit to the balcony with sea view and outdoor siting area.
The master bedroom provides a comfortable sleep on the queen-sized bed. In the room are also night stands and wardrobe for your personal belongings.
At your disposal is also a full bathroom – shower, washing sink, washing machine and toilet.
The apartment is located on an upper floor accessible by elevator.

– Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
– Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
– Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
– Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
– It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
– Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

Very nice stay. The only criticism would be that only 1,5 rolls of toilet paper were in the house as well as only 1 sheet of baking paper. Otherwise, it was great.

The place was exactly as listed and her staff was great! They were accommodating and responsive, but let me enjoy the beautiful place in peace. I felt like I could just get lost in the Black Sea, which is exactly what I wanted this vacation to be. Thank you Rumyana and Alex!
