The apartment consists of one bedroom with TV, a spacious living room with a sofa that transforms into a comfortable bed (big TV with surround sound system), fully equipped kitchen and a big bathroom with a separate cabin shower.

The Serdika metro station is a 5 minutes walk from the flat and the Metro is connected to the Sofia Airport; Vasil Levski Stadium metro station and National Palace of Culture station are both less than 1 km away. Parking on Han Krum Street is free between 7:30pm – 8:30am. In the day it’s possible for a maximum of 2 hours – 1 Euro/hour; – Parking 11€ euro per day (24 hours); Taxis in Sofia are really cheap;
Exactly in the heart of Sofia, 5 minutes away from the main pedestrian zone – Vitosha blvd, the apartment is surrounded by museums, galleries, restaurants, bars and other places of interest the Capital has to offer. Slaveykov Square, The Ivan Vazov National Theatre, The St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral, The Ancient Amphitheatre of Serdika, The Palace of Justice and many other sights are just minutes away by foot.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?

Not the first time I stay here, and for good reason. The place is lovely, very well located, clean, super easy check in and check out and no hassle with keys, and the host was very friendly and responsive. Totally recommend!

Kamen's place is very nice and modern, and located in a great neighborhood with just the right amount of activity. There is a nice restaurant within steps of the apartment. He is very responsive. The coffee maker did not work upon arrival. I contacted him, and he sent 2 friendly young guys to look at it within an hour. They determined it was broken, and they removed it for repair. It was over the weekend, but they were able to return it on Monday.
