The apartment consists of two bedrooms with TV, a spacious living room with a sofa that transforms into a comfortable bed (big TV with surround sound system), fully equipped kitchen and two big bathrooms with a separate cabin shower.
The whole apartment is at your disposal.

The Serdika metro station is a 5 minutes walk from the flat and the Metro is connected to the Sofia Airport; Vasil Levski Stadium metro station and National Palace of Culture station are both less than 1 km away. Parking on Han Krum Street is free between 7:30pm – 8:30am. In the day it’s possible for a maximum of 2 hours – 1 Euro/hour; – Parking 11€ euro per day (24 hours); Taxis in Sofia are really cheap;
Exactly in the heart of Sofia, 5 minutes away from the main pedestrian zone – Vitosha blvd, the apartment is surrounded by museums, galleries, restaurants, bars and other places of interest the Capital has to offer. Slaveykov Square, The Ivan Vazov National Theatre, The St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral, The Ancient Amphitheatre of Serdika, The Palace of Justice and many other sights are just minutes away by foot.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

הדירה מאוד נוחה, המיקום שלה פשוט מושלם, יש הרבה מסעדות/ברים באזור וקל לצאת ממנה ולהסתובב ברגל לכל מיני יעדים מרכזיים. לדירה יש פוטנציאל מצוין, היא מאוד נוחה, יש מרפסות שכיף לצאת אליהן, היא מוארת באור טבעי ויש בה כמעט כל מה שצריך. היה חסר לנו חלק מהאבזור במטבח - למשל כוסות זכוכית, סכו"ם (ביקשנו אבל לא קיבלנו), טבליות למדיח כלים, וגם בשירותים - נגמר הנייר טואלט בשלב מסוים. התקשורת מול בעלי הנכס הייתה מאוד נוחה ונעימה, הם ניסו לעזור במה שניתן וענו על שאלות שלנו. השתמשנו גם בשירותי החנייה של הבניין (בתשלום) כאשר השכרנו רכב. אחת הבעיות היחידות בדירה- כאשר נגמרו המים החמים, לקח המון זמן לדוד החשמל לספק מחדש מים למקלחת.
